All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the carpets, accessibility, and additional services required upon inspection.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. A deposit may be required for large commercial projects or emergency services.
Late payments may incur additional charges at a rate of 5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid debts.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Kebegu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, staff illness, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

Carpet drying times typically range from 4 to 24 hours depending on carpet type, humidity levels, and ventilation. We recommend keeping the area well-ventilated and avoiding foot traffic on damp carpets. Kebegu is not responsible for any slips, falls, or accidents occurring after our departure.
Clients should follow our post-cleaning care instructions to maintain carpet quality and extend the lifespan of their carpets.
All content on the Kebegu website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kebegu and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.
